Western Reserve Group offers you three convenient ways to make your Auto, Homeowners, Farm and Commercial policy payments: by mail, by phone, and online.

  • To pay by mail - Mail your payment to:

  • To pay by phone (24 hours/day, 7/days a week) - Call the Western Reserve Group Billing Information System at (866-558-2998), and follow the prompts.

  • To pay online (24 hours/day, 7/days a week) - Click the button below to enter the Pay by Web site and make a payment online.

     

What You Need to Know Before Paying Your Bill by Phone or Online

  • Policy/Account Number - You must know your policy or account number to make a phone or online payment. This is located on your billing notice (see example).

  • Canceled Policies and Accounts
    • Invoices cannot be paid by phone or online if the payment will post (i.e. be received by Western Reserve Group) on or after the cancellation date.
    • If your policy or account is canceled, you cannot use the phone or online system to authorize a reinstatement payment. Instead, contact your local Western Reserve Group agent (your agent's name and phone number are included at the top of your billing notice).

All requests for reinstatement are subject to company approval.

  • Acceptable Form of Payment - Western Reserve Group accepts MasterCard, Visa, or Discover, ATM debit cards (must have the Pulse, Star, NYCE, or Accel logo on the back), and ACH/electronic checks. An electronic check is an electronic transaction that is sent to your bank using your account information and appears on your bank statement as a debit or withdrawal. Because no paper check is produced, you will not receive a canceled check with your statement.

  • Convenience Fee - BillMatrix, Western Reserve Group's payment processing vendor, charges a convenience fee for each transaction made by phone or online ($4.95 for Personal Lines/Farm, $5.95 for Commercial). This fee is in addition to any other Western Reserve Group fees and service charges that may apply.

  • Payment Cutoff Times - Phone and online payments authorized after 7p.m. EDT will post to your policy or account the next business day.

  • Returned Payments - Returned payments may result in the cancellation of your policy or account.
