Western Reserve Group is a leading Property/Casualty insurance Company offering a comprehensive and competitively priced portfolio of auto, home, farm, and commercial products. These products are supported by over 260 employees dedicated to providing quality service to our independent agents and policyholders.
Western Reserve Group provides employees with a highly active, team-oriented work environment.
Western Reserve Group corporate offices are located in Wooster, Ohio, a scenic community of 22,000 in the northeastern part of the state. We also have a Regional office located in Lebanon, Indiana, a growing community of 13,000 in the central part of the state.
All Western Reserve Group employees are
provided a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefit
program including:
- 401(k) Plan - Eligibility for enrollment at the next
quarterly enrollment period after 90 days of service
- Potential for an Annual Performance Bonus
- Profit Sharing – Eligible for contribution after one
year of service.
- Health Care – A comprehensive PPO health care plan and
Employee Assistance Program are offered to all employees. A monthly
contribution is required to participate in this plan.
- Short Term Disability Plan – A comprehensive Short Term
Disability Plan is offered to all employees, in which they are
eligible for up to 13 weeks of disability paid at 67% of base
compensation.
- Long Term Disability Plan – Benefit payable at 60% of
base compensation.
- Group Term Life Insurance is provided to the employee
by the company at two times base compensation.
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance is also provided
to each employee by the company at two times base compensation.
- Dental Plan is an optional benefit which employees pay
for on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions.
- Optional Term Life Insurance may be elected by employees
and is payroll deducted. This includes employee, spouse and dependent
coverage.
- Medical and Dependant/Child Care Flexible Spending Account
- Paid Vacation
- Paid Sick Days – 6 annual sick days are provided to each
employee.
- Paid Holidays - Western Reserve Group observes 8 official
holidays, which are all paid.
- Direct Payroll Deposit – Payroll is directly deposited
into an account of the employee's choice. Employees may split
deposit into various accounts.
