24-Hour Emergency Delivery of Supplies

Alternate Transportation: Quest will assist in arranging for alternative transportation along with any other reasonable services needed to ease the inconvenience of the breakdown.
Airline Reservations and Ticketing: A QTS representative will facilitate a call with a travel agent or airline customer service representative to make or change flight reservations necessitated by a delay associated with a breakdown.
Hotel Reservations: Quest will assist a stranded driver to arrange or change reservations for overnight accommodations.
Personal Assistant: A QTS representative will attempt to contact the stranded driver’s spouse or business associate to advise of the delay and take care of necessary details in order to help ease the strain of a breakdown.
