To pay by phone (24 hours/day, 7/days a week) - Call the Western Reserve Group Billing Information System at (866-558-2998), and follow the prompts. - To pay online (24 hours/day, 7/days a week) - Click the button below to enter the Pay by Web site and make a payment online.

Acceptable Form of Payment - Western Reserve Group accepts MasterCard, Visa, or Discover, ATM debit cards (must have the Pulse, Star, NYCE, or Accel logo on the back), and ACH/electronic checks. An electronic check is an electronic transaction that is sent to your bank using your account information and appears on your bank statement as a debit or withdrawal. Because no paper check is produced, you will not receive a canceled check with your statement. -
Convenience Fee - BillMatrix, Western Reserve Group's payment processing vendor, charges a convenience fee for each transaction made by phone or online ($4.95 for Personal Lines/Farm, $5.95 for Commercial). This fee is in addition to any other Western Reserve Group fees and service charges that may apply. -
Payment Cutoff Times - Phone and online payments authorized after 7p.m. EDT will post to your policy or account the next business day. -
Returned Payments - Returned payments may result in the cancellation of your policy or account. -
