Many of today's businesses have expanded coverage requirements. For these businesses, we have created the Commercial General Liability Enhancement Endorsement to broaden the coverage provided by the standard Commercial General Liability policy. This endorsement provides the following extensions of coverage: - Amendment of General Aggregate Limit - Per Project
Amends the General Aggregate Limit to apply separately to each project away from premises owned by or rented to the named insured. - Amendment of General Aggregate Limit - Per Location
Amends the General Aggregate Limit to apply separately to each location owned by or rented to the named insured.
- Broadened Coverage for Non-owned Watercraft
Extends coverage to non-owned watercraft less than 51 feet long. - Supplementary Payments - Coverages A and B - Increased Limit for Bail Bonds
Increased to $2,500 - Supplementary Payments - Coverages A and B - Increased Limit for Loss of Earnings
Increased to $500 - Newly Acquired or Formed Organizations
Extends automatic coverage for up to 180 days. - Damage to Premises by Explosion or Leakage from Automatic Fire Suppression System
Covers liability for damage by these perils to property rented or temporarily occupied by the named insured, up to the Fire Damage Limit shown in the policy. - Additional Insured - Volunteer Workers
Includes volunteer workers as insureds and extends Medical Payments coverage for them. - Bodily Injury Redefined
Definition expanded to include mental anguish, mental injury, disability, shock or fright that arises out of bodily injury. - Blanket Additional Insureds - When Required by Contract or Agreement
Automatically covers any party the named insured has agreed, in a written contract or agreement, to add as an additional insured. Coverage is limited to the additional insured's liability arising out of the named insured's ongoing operations performed for that party, premises owned or used by the named insured, or permits issued to the named insured by state or political subdivisions. - Waiver of Rights of Recovery Against Others When Required by Contract or Agreement
Automatic waiver of our rights of subrogation against a party for whom the named insured is performing work, if required in a written contract or agreement. - Duties in the Event of Occurrence, Offense, Claim or Suit
Amends this policy condition to state that we will deem an occurrence, offense, claim or suit to have been known only when it is known by the named insured, a partner, a member or manager (if the named insured is a limited liability company), an executive officer, or an authorized employee or designee. - Voluntary Property Damage Coverage
Covers, at the named insured's request, damage to property of others away from the insured's premises (excluding in transit). Limits: $1,000 per occurrence/$5,000 aggregate, subject to a $250 deductible per occurrence. The Commercial General Liability Enhancement Endorsement may be attached to any Commercial General Liability policy, provided the policy covers all the named insured's premises and operations exposure.
